Feeling strong is an incredible feeling. Knowing that you can climb that mountain, or pick up your children, or run that mile gives you a sense of empowerment. Being “fit” doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym flexing your biceps in the mirror (although that’s great too). Exercising is one of the best ways to deal with stress and anxiety, boost self-esteem and keep your body healthy. This page is about self-love, not punishment for eating a cupcake.
