Hey there! My name is Diana Weil and I have a huge passion for all things health and wellness. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health. I am also a Certified Integrative and Holistic Health Coach as well as a yoga instructor. Most importantly, however, I have a passion for healthy living, food that doesn’t just do good, but also that looks and tastes good… and dogs. Always dogs.

My Approach

As a nutritionist trained in integrative and holistic wellness, my approach is a little different. I believe that everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves and that food is medicine. I use a whole-person approach to healing. This means we will discuss your diet, medical history, and laboratory work as well other aspects of your life such as relationships, exercise, how you’re sleeping, and what your stress levels are like. I am truly dedicated to seeing you succeed.

My Process

I use a combination of health and lifestyle coaching, motivational interviewing, and clinical analysis to guide my approach. Depending on individual needs I will review body composition, medical history, laboratory records, nutrition-focused physical exam findings, and discuss diet and lifestyle in order to determine how we will proceed together.

Unique Framework

As most of us know, diets don’t work, at least not for very long. I’m not here to sell you a gimmicky product or another weight-loss shake. This is not a quick fix program. While many of my clients have a primary goal of weight loss, I am also trained to promote overall health and manage various ailments through nutrition. I grew up with the family motto that food is healing and healing can be had through food.

See If A Nutritionist Is Right For You!

How long will my session last?
Your first in depth consultation can last anywhere from 1.5- 2 hours. After your first session you can decide how much support you would like. Options range from 30-minutes to 60-minute sessions.
How much does a session cost?
An initial consultation costs $150.

A 60-minute follow-up visit costs $100.

A 30-minute follow-up visit costs $50.

Packages for multiple sessions are also available.

What can I expect if we work together?
I will work with you to meet your health goals, increase energy, lose weight, lower inflammation and overall optimize your health. I will help support you with goal setting and staying accountable. When working together you will receive nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations tailored to meet your specific needs.
Will my insurance cover this visit?
I do not participate with any insurance companies. I accept credit cards or cash for consultations. I am happy to give you a receipt of services in order to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Do you work with children?
Absolutely! I love working with families to help navigate picky eaters and develop realistic strategies that work for your needs.
How many follow-up visits will I need?
This will depend on your individual needs. Some patients looking to lose weight or combat a specific ailment should expect to  come every 2-3 weeks for at least 3 months.  Patients looking for general health and well-being may only need 2-3 sessions. As the focus moves toward maintaining wellness, clients can come in seasonally to learn how to care for their bodies with food.
